In this release, the Jovix mobile shell for iOS has been updated to build with Xcode 15 and the iOS 17 SDK, ensuring compatibility with Apple’s latest requirements and enabling continued updates to the App Store beyond April 24, 2024. This update allows Jovix to address critical bugs, vulnerabilities, and feature enhancements for iOS users.
Extensive regression testing has been performed to confirm that this update does not impact shared functionality with Android. Key workflows, such as taking photos for entity attachments, using maps for navigation, connecting and using passive readers, and printing, have been tested and verified to function as expected. A new iOS build is now available on TestFlight for internal testing. This update ensures Jovix remains reliable and fully functional on the latest iOS platform.
