In this release, Jovix introduces significant improvements to the Import Workspace, enhancing visibility and tracking for import attempts. First, when an import fails due to an unhandled exception, the system now automatically marks the import record as "Failed," captures the error message, and updates the import summary notification to reflect the failure. This ensures users have accurate feedback on import attempts and helps identify issues more effectively.
Additionally, users with admin permissions can now access the new Import History workspace, which provides a detailed view of all past import attempts. This workspace displays essential information, including the import template name, status, start time (localized), total items imported, failed row count, and the name of the user who initiated the import. Records are sorted with the newest at the top, and columns are resizable for better usability. This enhancement empowers users to monitor the progress and results of their imports over time, offering greater transparency and control over the import process.
