Identify the Administrator responsible for handling email support requests generated from AcceleratorKMS users.

Requires an account with the Administrator role

About this task

You can designate an AcceleratorKMS user as the technical support person. When a user clicks the Email support link at the bottom of the AcceleratorKMS screen, a new email form displays with the support contact's email address pre-populated.

Procedure

  1. On the menu bar, click the gear icon > Configuration.

    The Configuration Settings page opens.

  2. In Administration and Security, scroll down to SupportContactUser.

  3. From the drop-down list, select a name from the list of users.

    Only the names of the users who have the Administrator role assigned to their account appear in the list.

  4. Click Save.

Results

When users click the Email support link, a new email form displays with the support contact's email address pre-populated.
