The following table describes the fields used in the Completion History report.

Field

Description

Completion

Click the content name to see the current progress of this instance of the content or to continue the current completion.

SHARED Tip A comment icon to the left of this field indicates that comments were made for the completion. To see the comments, click the content name to view the completion.

Progress

Details the number of steps completed for the content. A progress bar displays the completion in percentages. The field also indicates who participated in the completion of this instance of this content. It might be one or more people. For example, it could be a field technician and a console operator. You can click the name to start an email message to the user.

Status

Indicates the completion status of the content. Possible values are:

  • All

  • Not started

  • Completed

  • Partially completed

  • Cancelled

Created

Date on which the content completion was started.

Domain

Identified the index domain where the content used for the completion belongs

SHARED Tip You can export the completion history search results by clicking Export to Excel.

The Excel® export report shows different columns than the Completion History fields in AcceleratorKMS.
