You can search for specific statements to review, edit, or delete them.
Before you begin
You must have a role that allows you to add or edit statements.
On the menu, navigate to Search and click Statements.
The system displays the Statements window.
In the Search field, type a word or phrase used in the statement you want to find.
The search covers statement text, More details, and Tag. Leaving the search field empty returns a set of results for your search, based on "Limit results" and other selected filters.
(Optional) Use the available filters to narrow the results by clicking Show filters.
The statement search results appear in order of relevance and show the statement text, type, and role. You can reorder the results by clicking any of the column headings. You can also export your findings to Microsoft Excel® by clicking Export to Excel.
