When an all content search did not locate the content you need, you can submit a request to create content.

Before you begin

  • This feature must be enabled by your administrator.

About this task

When you request new content, the request is evaluated and reviewed prior to new content being created.

Procedure

  1. On the AcceleratorKMS menu, click Request > Content.

    If this option is not available, it has been disabled by your Administrator.

  2. Complete the request form.

  3. Click Save.

Results

Next steps are determined by how your administrator has configured this feature. Typically the appropriate tasks are created, which starts the process to review the content request.

Content requests do not include a domain and therefore the related tasks created from the request can be seen by users in any domain.
