About this task
You can use the forgot your password feature to reset your password. AcceleratorKMS sends a link to the email address associated with your user account. You then use that link to create a new password.

This procedure does not apply when single sign-on (SSO) is in place.

The "Forgot your password" feature cannot be used if your account has been disabled or locked. In this situation, you must contact your Administrator.
Wait at least 60 seconds between attempts to reset your password. The system allows
only one attempt per 60 seconds.
Procedure

On the Log in page, click Forgot your password?.
The Password Reset window opens.

Enter your username.

Click Submit.
Results
AcceleratorKMS sends you an email message containing a reset password link. Click the link, enter a new password, then log in.
