We've updated the rate limiting mechanism. This update focuses on maintaining protection against excessive requests for those endpoints. Throttling is now applied per endpoint, per tenant, covering all requests, and is no longer set by IP address. When you call an endpoint and encounter throttling, you will not only receive a 429 error and a message indicating the throttle setting but also information on when the throttle will renew or reset.
For more information, see API endpoint throttle configuration ranges and defaults.
