About this task

You can delete an asset profile if it was created in error or if it is no longer required.

Before you begin

Before you delete, determine that no document completions were started and that no tasks were assigned for any of the generated documents. If document completions were started, you can archive these documents to avoid any new completions from being started.

Procedure

1. Open the asset profile you want to delete.

2. Click Delete.

   A confirmation window opens.

   An error message appears if completions were previously started.

3. If completions were previously started, follow these steps:

   1. Click Actions > Archive.

   2. In the Version comment field, type a comment.

   3. Click Archive.

4. Click OK.

Results

The asset profile is deleted from AcceleratorKMS.
