Whether you're creating or updating traditional content, you can link that content to a standard template. If you already have sections in the Main area of your content, sections from the template get added above those sections.
Templates are stored in Global domain but any author editing a traditional document can select any standard template, even if the author does not have Global access.

In Edit mode, expand the About this content section.

In the Standard template field, enter the name of the template you want to use or click List all and select the template from the list.
You're presented with a preview of what the template looks like

Click Apply.
Sections from the standard template appear with a Lock icon. Templated section titles and sequence cannot be changed from within your document.

Click Preview to see how the linked template affects your content.

Type a brief description of the changes made to the content.

Click Save.
