Copy user access between configurations - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Administration & Configuration

In order to manage role assignments, your role must be configured with at least one domain on its role-to-access group relationships. For more information, see Manage the access groups for a role.

1. In the Business Administration feature set, select User Management.

2. In the Configuration tab, find the plant or project to copy user access from, and select > COPY ACCESS.

3. In the Copy Access window, select the plants and projects to copy the user access to. A summary of your selections is shown in the right of the window.

   Use the Filter to search for the configuration. The filter options change how the filter works.

   You can only copy to plants and projects that have a status of Active or Created.

4. Select Finish to copy the role assignments and security codes to the selected configurations.

   Only role assignments that you manage are copied to the target configurations. Role assignments that are in the target configuration but not present in the source configuration are removed.
