You can add links to connected tags on hotspot bubbles by configuring methods delivered by the ViewInDocument client API. Hotspot bubbles appear when users click tags in a published drawing or 3D model in the Web Client.

  1. In the Desktop Client, find the ViewInDocument client API, and click Show Methods.

  2. Select the method of the object you want to link to, and click Update.

  3. Enter an edge definition in the Graphic Objects EdgeDef box. For example, EDG_SharedPipelineSharedParts exposes related parts and their graphical objects on a pipeline.

  4. Enter a comma separated list of interfaces in the Document Interface List box. This list restricts search on document classes implementing the interface definition. For example, ISPF3DCompositeDocMaster.

  5. Click Finish when you are done.
