The Work Package Planning workflow is used to support the planning workflow for plant maintenance or inspection work packages by grouping data, documents, and tags into manageable data sets.
The steps that make up the workflow are described in the following table.
If you choose to edit the workflow, do not remove any steps marked as mandatory.

Creates a single PDF rendition of the work package, including markups and attached files. This PDF rendition remains available for the work package even after it is closed. If the PDF is successfully created, the next step is Branch based on approver role or user related. If the PDF generation failed, the next step is Correct Failure. |
