If any of the editable workflow template steps are out of synchronization with the master workflow template step, you can resolve the differences found between them.

  1. In the Compare workflow template window, select a highlighted editable workflow step, and click RESOLVE.

    Any steps that have modifications in the editable workflow template are highlighted. The number indicates the number of differences found in the step.

  2. In the Resolve dialog, select the appropriate check box to either accept the change or decline the change. This way you can keep any existing customization.

  3. Click OK when complete.

  • Click UNDO to revert any changes back to their original state before synchronizing the workflow templates.

  • The SYNCHRONIZE command is only active when you have accepted a change from the master workflow template.
