Edit online option not available - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Administration & Configuration

Problem

You are not able to view the Edit Online option in the Actions menu of your document.

Causes

1. Office 365 feature may not be configured for the site.

2. You may not have recycled the application pools after configuring Office 365 in the Server Manager.

3. Your role may not have the required access permissions.

Solution

1. Contact your System Administrator for configuring the Office 365 feature.

2. Contact your System Administrator for recycling the application pools.

3. Contact your System Administrator to get the necessary access permissions for your role.
