Problem

Markup rendition is not generated for large files.

Cause

You might encounter this problem when the excecutionTimeout and maxRequestLength settings in the web.config file are not sufficient for the web service to process large files.

Solution

You can perform the following steps.

  1. Navigate to [drive]\SDx Server Files\Web_Sites\[Server_Site]\SPFFileService\web.config.

  2. Increase the excecutionTimeout and maxRequestLength settings proportionately with the file size.
