The Copy Workflow Template feature allows you to copy any workflow template along with its steps to create a new version. You can make any changes to the copied template without effecting the original template definition, which can be attached to any object.

You can a create a copy of any workflow template including the MSR version.

  1. Search for the workflow template to be copied.

  2. Click Actions > Copy Workflow Template.

  3. Configure the copied template by following the steps in Create a workflow template.

SHARED Tip By default, the copied workflow template name is prefixed with the word Copy. You can change the name of the workflow template as required.

This feature uses the SDxCopyWorkflowTemplate method related to the SDxCopyWorkflowTemplate client API. For more information, see SDxCopyWorkflowTemplate client API.
