In the Business Administration feature set, select Create email definition.

In the Create Email Definition window, type the required values, select the appropriate options as shown in each
of the following tabs below:
You can click PREVIOUS or NEXT to navigate between different tabs.

Email Details

In the Reply Address box, type the e-mail address of the recipient.

In the Email subject Text box, type a brief description of the e-mail. This appears in the subject line of the
email.
Email Body
Type the content of the email in the text editor. This should include anything that
needs to be clearly explained to the user.

You can use different options in the text editor to customize your email text.

You can copy and paste any image or logo directly into the text editor.

You can enable the View Source toggle to display the email body text in HTML format or to compose a custom HTML
template as email body.

Click FINISH to save the changes.
