This functionality was modified in an update. For more information, see Configure column items in dynamic forms (Modified in an update).
You can configure property attribute column items in a column set to conditionally display in the same dynamic form section when selected from different configurations or plants. This functionality allows you to choose to display the properties in a form based on the selected configuration.
Do not use configuration top or the column items will not appear in the column set.
This is due to a technical limitation.
You can configure a property attribute column item using the Manage Related Items dialog box:

Locate and select the object's column set, and select Actions
> Manage Column Items. -
In the Manage Column Items dialog box, choose the Configs column cell, and select a configuration from the list.
