  1. Find the template that needs to be updated using File > Template Documents.

    SHARED Tip The delivered template documents are External Transmittal Report Template and Internal Transmittal Report Template.

  2. Check out the required template to edit the XSL style sheet. The XSL style sheet is used to edit the report layout.

  3. Check in the template.

    To use the updated template, create a new ad hoc report, and select XHTML for the output style. The updated template will be available in the drop-down list on the top right of the dialog box.
