If general operations are slow on a system running multiple users but not with only one user, the server might be overloaded. Consider the following changes:

Monitor server memory usage.

Exceeding the memory on the server commonly results in memory errors. Monitor the server memory to check usage against allocation.

Offload the HxGN SDx Scheduler.

Set up an additional computer to process the scheduled tasks.
