When the software starts, you can log on by typing your user name and password, and clicking Log In to open the HxGN SDx Dashboard.
Your dashboard user name and password are the same as your HxGN SDx user name and password.
If your system enforces the password policy, you must choose a strong, secure password
when it is changed. This must be a minimum of 8 characters in length and contain at
least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. For more information, contact your system administrator.
Your account will be temporarily locked for a period of time after a number of failed
log on attempts. For more information on unlocking your account, see Unlock a temporarily locked user or contact your system administrator.
