The default ad-hoc reports are to track project items, such as a Technical Query, Action, or Document Review Plan.

Technical Query reports

  • Technical Query Notification Report - Report of technical queries that:

    • Are overdue based on the due date specified on the technical query.

    • Have upcoming due dates based on the reminder days to notify users of the upcoming due date. Reminder days are specified on the contract.

    • Are not overdue or coming due.

  • Technical Query - Report of all technical queries, regardless of due date.

Action reports

  • SCLBActionReport - Report of actions that:

    • Are overdue based on the due date specified on the action.

    • Have upcoming due dates based on the reminder days to notify users of the upcoming due date. Reminder days are specified on the contract.

    • Are not overdue or coming due.

Review plan report

  • SCLBReviewPlanReport - Report of all documents selected for review, the user that selected the document, and the issue purpose. This report allows users to plan their work load based on the priority and the due dates. The report contains the document name, document description, document type, issue purpose, first and last name of the user who selected the document for review, plant, contractor, and review plan item status. The report contains the documents with review plan item in Accepted or Information Only state.

  • SCLBDocumentReviewReport - Report of all documents in a review plan and comments made on the documents. This report allows users to easily consolidate comments. The report contains the document name, document revision, issue purpose, the user who reviewed the document, and the user's review comments.

  • SCLBDocumentReviewNotificationReport - Generates a report of document reviews that:

    • Are overdue based on the due date specified on the Document Review Plan.

    • Have upcoming due dates based on the reminder days to notify you of the upcoming due date. Reminder days are specified on the contract.

    • Are not overdue or coming due.

    The report is sent to assigned users through notifications.
