This process class name is used to sign off the latest document revisions in the current configuration that are related to an internal change action. During the sign off of a document revision that is related to a change action, the process step checks to see if the document version related to the action is the latest. If it is not, the step changes the relationship to the latest document version.

Where:
Arg1: Defines the relationship definition, or edge definition, used to navigate from the object attached to the workflow, such as an action or technical query, to its attached document versions.
Arg2: A Boolean value when set to True, relates the latest document version to the starting object, such as an Action. When set to False, the system does not relate the latest document version to the starting object. If the argument is blank, the value is set to True. (Optional)
Arg3: Defines the relationship definition, or edge definition, used to navigate to all older document revisions, and sets the revision state to superseded. (Optional)
