  1. Select File > New > Administration > Notification Definition in the Desktop Client.

  2. Type a new Name and Description for the notification.

  3. In the Notification Text box, type the content of the notification.

  4. In the Notification Title box, type a tile for the notification.

  5. Click Finish.
