Copying a form allows you to create a new form definition that references the same sections and display items as the original form. It also copies all the associated relationships.

Select the form to be copied.
The copy can be edited if it does not match exactly.

Right-click the form, and click Copy on the shortcut menu. The Copy Form form is displayed.

Type a name and description for the form.

Click Finish.
When the form is copied, the relationship to the class definition is also copied, but the original form's sections and display items are not copied.

Add or create the form sections and display items.
