Watermarks are text or images that may be placed on the alternate renditions and printed copies of files. Watermarks can be added to documents when required. You can add an existing image as a watermark and adjust its size, or you can create a text watermark using the options for font and size. You can also apply dynamic values for the watermarks.
Watermarks can be used in documents for different purposes such as placing a company logo in alternate renditions and printed copies, adding the date of printing on the printed copies, and so forth. Multiple watermarks can be created in the system and used in different scenarios. You can control the visibility of watermarks in different scenarios using the configurations of watermark options.
