Missing border and/or title block information in PID file - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Administration & Configuration

Problem

Border and/or title block information is missing when viewing a PID file that has been converted to the 2D WebGL viewer file (.vecz) format.

Common Causes

You might encounter this problem if:

• The PID file contains links that are not mapped in the PID source file.

• The border reference files are stored on a different server and are accessible using a UNC path.

Solution 1: The PID file contains links that are not mapped in the PID source file

1. Follow step #4 in Translate to Smart Drawings in the Intergraph Smart Interop Publisher Help.

2. Regenerate the 2D WebGL viewer file (.vecz).

Solution 2: The border reference files are stored on a different server and are accessible using a UNC path

1. Set the HxGN SDx File Service application pool identity user to a domain user account.

2. Set the user of the service account under which Remote Services runs to a domain user account.

You can set both to the same domain user account.
