This process step is used in workflows for the Web Client.
This step identifies the reviewers, consolidators, and information only reviewers in the QA review workflow.

If the Generate Reviews by Matrix? flag available in the New Project or the Update Project page, having the property definition SCLBIsGenerateReviewsByMatrix, is enabled, the recipients are identified from the SDx document review matrix.

If the Generate Reviews by Matrix? flag available in the New Project or the Update Project page, having the property definition SCLBIsGenerateReviewsByMatrix, is disabled, the recipients are identified from the review plan items.
