Template documents are used to load data such as CFIHOS seed files, to format reports, or as seed files that are attached to all documents of a specific type on creation.

In the Business Administration feature set, select Template Documents.

Click Action > Files > Save Target As. For more information, see Download attached files.

Open and edit the saved the file.
For example, templates for CFIHOS data is saved as an Excel file.

When you are preparing your data, save it in the appropriate format for loading.
For example, to load CFIHOS data, the file must be saved as a CSV file format. The file must not be saved as a CSV UTF-8 format.
