This error only occurs if you are using a version of the software prior to Update
10. From Update 10, the CSV file formatting is validated before the load job is created.

Rows with columns that do not match the header or files that have the incorrect number of columns give errors immediately in the client. The submittal object is created and needs deleting. It is not returned from the My submittals search as it is not in a workflow so use the All Submittals search to get to the failed submittal and delete it.
The below error is displayed if:

The number of columns are incorrect.

The column headers do not match those defined in the mappings.
-
A space has been added into or before the column header string.
