Validation is 100% complete and the process stops with the submittal having the status of "Awaiting approval for export." The errors are written to a report that can be downloaded and reviewed. The submittal can still be loaded if after a review of the errors the user runs the Approve command to continue the process.
When viewing the process in My Submittals the failure is shown like this:
To view the errors, download the Excel validation report using the Download Report command on the actions menu of the submittal.
Typical errors would be a reference to a missing related item such as a unit or discipline. The user can choose to either delete the submittal, correct it and re-issue it or continue to load the data without that relationship and correct that in a future submittal.
