AutoCAD Software Compatibility

CADWorx is compatible with the following AutoCAD versions:

  • AutoCAD 2024 (64 bit)

  • AutoCAD 2023 (64 bit)

  • AutoCAD 2022 (64 bit)

  • AutoCAD 2021 (64 bit)

CADWorx is compatible with the following Autodesk vertical products (2021-2024):

  • AutoCAD Mechanical

  • AutoCAD Electrical

  • AutoCAD Architecture

  • AutoCAD MEP

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • AutoCAD Map 3D

CADWorx is NOT compatible with:

  • AutoCAD LT

  • Autodesk Inventor

  • Autodesk Revit

The operating system compatibility is based on AutoCAD or the Autodesk vertical product used:

  • AutoCAD 2024: Windows 10 & 11

  • AutoCAD 2023: Windows 10 & 11

  • AutoCAD 2022: Windows 10 & 11

  • AutoCAD 2021: Windows 10 & 11

  • Hexagon AB has confirmed compatibility with the currently listed versions of AutoCAD.

  • When you install with an AutoCAD vertical, CADWorx will run by default on AutoCAD without the vertical. You can load CADWorx into the vertical by adding the CADWorx profile settings into the AutoCAD vertical profile.

  • For the most up to date AutoCAD system requirements, check the Autodesk website.

  • Beginning with Windows 10 and Oracle 12.1.0.2, Microsoft and Oracle will enforce the Internet Host Table Specification RFC 952 which mandates that component hostname labels can contain only alphanumeric characters. Host names using underscores (‘_’) are not allowed. Refer to Oracle Support Articles 1603775.1 and 1957895.1 and Microsoft KB 101785.

BricsCAD Software Compatibility

CADWorx is compatible with the following BricsCAD versions:

  • BricsCAD 23.2.06

  • BricsCAD 22.2.06

  • BricsCAD 21.2.10

  • BricsCAD 20.2.10

CADWorx is NOT compatible with:

  • BricsCAD Lite

The operating system compatibility is based on BricsCAD used:

  • BricsCAD 23: Windows 10 & 11

  • BricsCAD 22: Windows 10 & 11

  • BricsCAD 21: Windows 10 & 11

  • BricsCAD 20: Windows 10 & 11

  • CADWorx may not be compatible with BricsCAD versions newer than those listed.
