Controls the restraint size. By default, the software draws restraints relative to the size of the pipe to which they are attached. For example, the symbol is larger on a 12-inch pipe than on a 2-inch pipe. You can override this behavior so that the software uses the same size restraint everywhere by setting Use Fixed Size Restraints to True and defining a Fixed Size Restraint Size value.
