Specifies the X-distance from the largest inlet or outlet nozzle to the current nozzle.

Typical units (depending on your unit system):

  • in

  • mm

  • cm

NEMA-SM 23 interprets the point of resolution of the combined forces and moments to be the following two points:

  1. The face of the flange at the exhaust nozzle connection.

  2. The intersection point of the exhaust nozzle centerline and the equipment shaft centerline.

Type a positive value if the nozzle X-coordinate is greater than that of the largest nozzle, that is, if the nozzle is farther out on the positive X-axis.

If the current nozzle is the largest inlet or outlet nozzle, then the value is 0.
