One or more factories are not licensed.

  • CloudWorx for SmartPlant Review supports up to six users connected to the same server class system in a Cloud environment. Each user can work with CloudWorx for SmartPlant Review at the same time. Close one of the Smart Review instances so that there are a maximum of six connections.

Unable to perform CloudWorx operations in Smart Review and obtain a license.

  • Any time Smart Review improperly exits while running CloudWorx for SPR, you must perform the following:

    1. Run MS Windows Task Manager and end the CloudWorx for SmartPlant Review (CloudWorxSPR.exe) task.

    2. Re-start Smart Review and open the model.

    3. Click Accessories > Cloudworx > Open Project, and continue working.

      You must scavenge for licenses that are not returned on the SmartPlant License Manager server. For more information about scavenging licenses, see the Scavenge for Keys section in the SmartPlant License Manager Installation and User's Guide.
