You can resolve a defect to indicate that you evaluated the defect and resolved the issue. You can then unresolve the defect, if needed.
To mark an issue as unresolved:

In the DOC4000 web interface, click Defects.

Use the options to view the list of defects you want. For more information, see Viewing and Filtering the Defects.

Click the check box in the left column for the listed defects from which you want to remove the resolved status.

Click the Unresolve button.

Type a comment to describe what you know about the defects. This comment overwrites any previously saved comments for each defect.

Click Submit.

Click Yes on the confirmation message, if displayed.
