This procedure allows you to add discrete task items that are identified during a meeting.

  1. Navigate to Contracts > Meeting Minutes.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required project.

  3. If required, click REFRESH to update the screen.

  4. Click the Meeting Register tab.

  5. Select the Meeting ID hyperlink. The Meeting Details panel appears.

  6. Click the Action Items tab.

  7. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new row.

  8. (Optional) To update data, populate as indicated below:

    1. Type an ID.

    2. Type a Description.

    3. Enter the Owner Email.

    4. Click the Priority ellipsis to select the required priority. The available options are listed below:

      1. High

      2. Low

      3. Medium

    5. Click the Status ellipsis to select the required status. The available options are listed below:

      1. Closed

      2. Draft

      3. Open

    6. Select the Due Date.

  9. Click SAVE.

    • View Settings are available to limit columns selection.

    • Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected row.
