This procedure allows you to add the payment certification line items to the Payment Details spreadsheet.

  1. Navigate to Contracts > Payment Certifications.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required project.

  3. If required, click REFRESH to update the screen.

  4. Click the Payment Certifications Register tab.

  5. Select the Certification ID hyperlink. The Payment Details panel appears.

  6. Click the Details tab.

  7. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new row.

  8. Populate data as indicated below:

    1. Click the Contract Line ID ellipsis to select a Contract line ID.

    2. Enter the % Scope Completed.

    3. Enter the Payment Amount.

    4. (Optional) Type a Comment.

    5. Click SAVE.

      The Name, Budget amount, VOWD % Complete is displayed. Prior Payments, Retainage Amount and Net Amount for the Contract Line Item will be calculated.

      You can customize the view of the Payment Details panel from the view settings.
