This procedure allows you to approve the transmittal. After the transmittal is approved, a log appears in the Log tab.

  1. Navigate to Contracts > Transmittals.

  2. Click the Actions list and select Approval Transmittal.

  3. Click the Transmittal ellipsis and select the required transmittal.

  4. Select an Approval Date.

  5. (Optional) Type in a Comment.

  6. Click RUN and then OK. The status of the transmittal changes to Approved in the Transmittal Register panel.
