This procedure allows you to update the safety item attributes using the General tab in the Safety Details panel.

  1. Navigate to Contracts > Safety Items.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required project.

  3. Click REFRESH to update the screen.

  4. Click the Safety Item Register tab.

  5. Click the Safety Item ID hyperlink. The Safety Details panel appears.

  6. Click the General tab.

  7. Edit the Safety Item Name.

  8. Click the Type ellipsis to select the required safety item type. The available safety item types are listed below:

    • Incident ( SAF )

    • Near Miss ( SAF )

    • Observation ( SAF )

  9. Click the Priority ellipsis to select the required priority. The available options are listed below:

    • High

    • Medium

    • Low

  10. Select the Due Date.

  11. (Optional) Attach the safety item related document.

    1. Click the Attachment ellipsis.

    2. Click Upload and then click Choose File to select a file to upload.

    3. Type the description of the document in the Document Description.

    4. Click SAVE.

      To view or save the attachment, click the attachment hyperlink.

  12. Type the required Comment.

  13. Click SAVE.
