Assign Resources for Admin Projects - EcoSys - 3.01 - Administration & Configuration - Hexagon PPM

This process allows you to assign resources for time off projects.

1. In the Maintain WBS Structure panel, click the Type hyperlink. Resource Assignment panel appears.

2. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new row for a resource.

3. Type in the Resource Path ID.

4. Click the ellipsis and select the required value.

   • Path ID - Select the type of time off.

   • Resource ID - Select the resource to assign to the time off.

5. Type the time off hours in the Hours field for a particular date.

6. Select the Transaction Date.

7. Click SAVE.

   

   

   • Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the row.

   • You can customize the view of the Resource Assignment panel from the view settings.
