If the EcoSys help desk has been contacted to assist with an EcoSys issue, they may request a configuration file.

Follow the procedure to download a configuration file:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Systems Status & Logs > System Information.

  2. Click the System Configuration tab.

  3. Click the Download as File button to download the configuration file.
