After a worklog item is created, its attributes can be updated in the Register panel.

The procedure below allows you to update worklog attributes.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Worklogs.

  2. (Optional) At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the ellipsis to select the values for the following to filter the worklogs:

    • Item - Select the item name.

    • Cycle - Select the required cycle.

    • Type - Select the type of worklog.

    • Priority - Select the priority.

    • Status - Select the status of worklog.

    • Implementation Phase - Select the implementation phase.

    • Originator - Select the user who has initiated the worklog.

  3. Click the Summary tab.

  4. Click the Implementation Phase ellipsis and select the implementation phase.

  5. Click the Current Phase ellipsis and select the current phase.

  6. Edit the name in the Name field.

  7. Click the Type ellipsis and select the type of worklog.

  8. Click the Status hyperlink.

    1. Click the Worklog Item ellipsis and select the worklog item.

    2. Click the Status ellipsis and select the status that you want to change to.

    3. (Optional) Type in the Comment.

  9. Click the Priority ellipsis and select the priority.

  10. Type in the Priority Order.

  11. Click the Email Recipients hyperlink.

    1. Click the Worklog Item ellipsis and select the worklog item.

    2. (Optional) Type in the Comment.

  12. Click the Save icon.

  13. Click ID hyperlink. The worklog details appear in the Details panel.
