Update Cost Object Details

This process allows you to update the cost object details of the security group.

  1. Click the Cost Objects tab.

  2. Click the security group row that you want to update.

  3. In the Security Group Details panel, click the Cost Objects tab.

  4. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new cost object to the security group.

  5. Click the Cost Object ID ellipsis and select the cost object that you want to add.

  6. (Optional) Select the Read Only check box to make the organization read only.

  7. Click the Save icon. The field Cost Object Name auto-populates.

    Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected cost object.

Update User Details

This process allows you to update the user details of the security group.

  1. Click the Cost Objects tab.

  2. Click the security group row that you want to update.

  3. In the Security Group Details panel, click the Users tab.

  4. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new organization to the security group.

  5. Click the Login Name ellipsis and select the user that you want to add.

  6. Click the Save icon. The field Full Name auto-populates.

    Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected user.
