Update Cost Object Details

This process allows you to update the version details of the security group.

  1. Click the Versions tab.

  2. Click the security group row that you want to update.

  3. In the Version Security Details panel, click the Versions tab.

  4. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new version to the security group.

  5. Click the Version ID ellipsis and select the version that you want to add.

  6. (Optional) Select the Read Only Flag check box to make the version read only.

  7. Click SAVE. The field Version Name auto-populates.

    Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected cost object.

Update User Details

This process allows you to update the user details of the security group.

  1. Click the Versions tab.

  2. Click the security group row that you want to update.

  3. In the Version Security Details panel, click the Users tab.

  4. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new organization to the security group.

  5. Click the Login Name ellipsis and select the user that you want to add.

  6. Click SAVE. The field Full Name auto-populates.

    Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected user.
