This process allows you to update the Security details of an user.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Core Admin > Users and Security > Users and Security.

  2. Click the user from the list whose security details needs to be updated.

  3. Click the Security tab.

  4. Update the Login Name and Password of the user. Then, type in the Confirm Password.

  5. Click the Authentication Mode list and select the required mode.

  6. Click the Main Menu ellipsis and select the required main menu.

  7. Click the Licensing list and select the required lincense.

  8. (Optional) Select the Password never expires check box to make the password permanent.

  9. Click the Screen Access Grid hyperlink to view the Screens Access by License type allocated for the user.

  10. Click the API and Mobile check boxes to provide API and mobile access to the selected user.

  11. Click SAVE to update the Security details.

    To cancel the updates, click CANCEL.
