A timesheet records the amount of time a resource works on tasks. User Timesheet module is used to enter and record number of hours worked by the resource on various projects, then submit the hours for approval.

To setup the user timesheet module, follow the procedure below:

  1. Navigate to User > Timesheet.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the tool bar, click the Tracking Period ellipsis and select the week and year for which you want to enter the timesheets.

    Tracking Period should be always a work week before we view or update the data. If the Year alone is selected, EcoSys will show only the last work week.

  3. If required, edit the Project Name.

  4. In the Projects Navigation Register panel, select the Project hyperlink in which you want to enter the timesheets.
