In the Tasks screen, you can add, update, or delete Project related Tasks.

This screen should be used only by EcoSys configurators.

To view or update project tasks, navigate to Admin > Projects Admin > Tasks. After updating, click SAVE.

  • To vew or update the project budgets, click the Budgets tab.

  • To view or update the project changes, click the Changes tab.

  • To view or update the project commitments, click the Commitments tab.

  • To view or update the project deliverables, click the Deliverables tab.

  • To view or update the project risks, click the Risks tab.

  • To view or update the project issues, click the Issues tab.

  • To view or update the project lessons learned, click the Project Lessons Learned tab.

  • To view or update the project schedule activities, click the Schedule Activities tab.

  • When you click Delete hyperlink, a confirmation dialog is displayed. After confirming the deletion, the Task and its associated transactions will be deleted so that no items are orphaned.

  • When you click Delete Row(s) icon, only the Task gets deleted, not its transactions.

  • You can customize the view of all the spreadsheets from View settings.
