This procedure allows you to setup the strategic alignment selections that can be used to define the portfolio’s strategic alignments in the portfolio setup. Strategic alignments may be selected for both portfolios and projects. These strategic alignments setup can also be used in the Strategic Balancing screen.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Portfolios Admin > Enterprise Defaults.

  2. Click the Strategic Alignment tab.

  3. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new strategic alignment.

  4. Type a unique Value ID.

  5. Type a unique Value Name.

  6. Click the Save button.

    Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the strategic alignment.
